Candy on Cougar Circle

🍭 🎃 Each year, families are invited to walk or drive around Cougar Circle for Trick or Treating and participate in family-friendly activities along the way! Please bring your families to this event. UMN Morris students will be volunteering to hand out candy and collect donations for the Stevens County Food Shelf. Bring some non-perishable food to donate!
