The Rising Stars Program is designed to recognize and develop professionals who are making a difference in our community. This selective program provides participants with high-impact leadership and workplace skills to help them excel in their careers and become future leaders.
About the Program
Whom It’s For: Rising professionals nominated by local businesses or organizations.
Program Format: Every other week, 90-minute sessions over 3.5 months.
Content: Participants engage with BetterCulture’s 20 Tenets of Culture, learning actionable skills and mindsets to thrive in their careers.

Preparing for future leadership opportunities
