Fall into Health 2026

You are invited to join us in promoting and improving health for all! The 13th annual Fall into Health is a community health initiative sponsored by Stevens Community Medical Center (SCMC) that focuses on connecting our health-related community resources to the general public. There will be lots of giveaways, FREE Labs, a FREE community meal, FREE health-related info booths, and definitely something for all ages! Flu shots will also be available.
