These classes are FREE & open to the community! Get the family out of the house & moving!

What is Tabata & Core?
Tabata is high intensity interval training class with low-impact to high intense options for all fitness levels to challenge themselves at their own level! This workout is designed with 8 exercises that you do at your highest intensity level for 20 seconds with a 10 second rest after each exercise! We can do anything for 20 seconds right?! There will be 5 rounds of work with a minute of rest between each round! The workout will finish with a round focusing on core! You will feel SO good after this workout!!

What is Les Mills Body Pump?
A 60 minute strength workout that moves to the music to build lean muscle & get the heart rate up! This workout starts with a warm up and then has a track that focuses on each major & minor muscle group in the body starting with squats, then chest, back, triceps, biceps, lunges, shoulders, core & cool down! Come gain strength, get the heart rate up, and get over 1,000 in with this FUN 60 minute workout that fly’s by!
