Spring into a healthy lifestyle with a fun 8 weeks of healthy competition!

Weigh in dates:
Tuesday, March 29th- First weigh in
Tuesday, April 5th- Week 2
Tuesday, April 12th- Week 3
Tuesday, April 19th- Week 4
Tuesday, April 26th- Week 5
Tuesday, May 3rd- Week 6
Tuesday, May 10th- Week 7
Tuesday, May 17th- Final weigh in

Weigh in times:
Tuesdays 6:15-7:15am in the RFC fitness room with Elissa and 8:15am-9:15am with Shadow (or by appointment the same day, if needed)
-Entry fee of $30.00 paid to the RFC front desk or Shadow/Elissa
-All participants MUST weigh in on Tuesdays
-All participants MUST weigh in using the RFC fitness room scale (that is where you will meet us to weigh in)
-Shoes/Jackets etc. must be taken off for first weigh in and kept consistent throughout
-$1 fee for a missed weigh in
-$1 for every pound gained at weekly weigh in (i.e. gain 3lbs pay in $3)

Each week a weekly winner will be announced, the weekly winner will get a small prize

Winner at the end of the 8 weeks:
1st place gets 60% of the pot
2nd place gets 20% of the pot
3rd place gets 10% of the pot
The RFC gets 10% to cover some of staff costs
