DESCRIPTION:Join us for a FREE class at the Regional Fitness Center to celebrate Prairie Pioneer Days 9:00-10:00am in the RFC gym. Located at 626 East 2nd Street\, Morris MN! In this 60 minute class you’ll start with a warm up\, squats\, chest\, back\, triceps\, biceps\, lunges\, shoulders\, core + cool down. A strength workout to great music that will get the heart rate up and leave you feeling strong\, energized and ready to take on your Saturday!  \nGrab a friend and come try it out!
