This means you’ll see the NEW Body Pump in EVERY class for the week of June 27th-July 2nd and FREE classes ALL WEEK LONG!! \nEach instructor will be bringing you the NEW Les Mills Body Pump release 121 and the new Les Mills Core release 46! We offer Body Pump 7X per week at the RFC!! \nWhen can you check out the NEW releases for FREE??\nMonday 5:30-6:30am- NEW Body Pump + Les Mills Core (30 minutes of each)\nTuesday 6:15-7:00am- 45 minute version of the NEW Body Pump\nTuesday & Thursday 12:10-12:50pm 40 minute version of the NEW Body Pump\nWednesday & Friday 5:30-6:30am- 60 minute version of the NEW Body Pump\nSaturday 9:00-10:00am Full hour of the NEW Body Pump \nThe music is great\, the moves are powerful\, and we’re in for a great workout!
