DESCRIPTION:The 2nd Prairie Light Film Festival\nPresented by Morris Theatre and Prairie Renaissance Cultural Alliance\nFriday\, September 30 through Thursday\, October 6th\, 2022\nFeaturing a selection of innovative local\, independent\, and international films that span across genres.\nFilm titles currently include:\nMeet Me In St. Louis (1944)\nBrian and Charles (2022)\nMarcel the Shell with Shoes On (2021)\nBodies\, Bodies\, Bodies (2022)\nPLUS The 22nd Annual Animation Show of Shows returns!\nThis 22nd edition comprises 10 inventive animated films–nine recent\, along with one restored classic–which deal with both the anxieties and hopes of a world faced with a seemingly endless series of existential crises. \nMore information to come\, so stay tuned for the full lineup of films online!\nWe hope to see you there! \nThis activity is made possible by the voters of Minnesota through grants from the Lake Region Arts Council\, thanks to a legislative appropriation from the Arts and Cultural Heritage fund.
