DESCRIPTION:SCMC is planning for Fall BACK into Health event on Tuesday\, November 1! The event will be open from 5-7 pm at the Morris Area Elementary School. There will be a FREE grab bag\, a chance to win a prize\, and definitely something for all ages! DESCRIPTION:Kickboxing Technique ClassKickboxing Technique ClassWednesday November 9th in the RFC gym.  6-7pm Forms and Technique\, 7-7:30 30 min kicking boxing class with Suzie\, Ingrid and Shadow. \nThis is a FREE class designed to help you feel comfortable stepping into our kicking class by practicing and learning safe and proper technique ahead of time.  We’ll break down all of the moves used in the RFC Kickboxing class. \nWe will go over all the benefits of a kickboxing workout including cardio\, stress relief\, core strength\, muscle memory\, power and more! Come join us\, learn and ask questions so you can make this part of your weekly routine.
