DESCRIPTION:We are just 2 weeks away from launching the new Body Pump release!! We’re going BIG with our first launch back unmasked & full throttle with our whole Body Pump team back in the game!! \nJoin us on Big Cat Stadium Tuesday\, July 13th 5:30-6:30pm for the newest Body Pump\, release 117!! \nThe music is great\, the moves are powerful\, and we’re in for a great workout! Invite a friend or family member to join you because this class is FREE and all are welcome!! \nIf it’s too hot\, humid\, or raining we’ll use our nice air conditioned gym as a backup!! We’ll try to have benches & bars racked and ready out on Big Cat for everyone! \n*Equipment is limited- we have 33 benches- first come\, first serve!\nCome check out what Les Mills Body Pump has to offer!  \n60 minutes\, over 1\,000 reps\, awesome music\, fun + high-energy strength workout with a warm up track\, squats\, chest\, back\, triceps\, biceps\, lunges\, shoulders\, core + cool down!
